Foods That Cause Heartburn

There are some foods and behaviors that contribute to both gastric reflux and it’s symptoms. The foods that cause acid reflux sufferers are: alcohol, coffee, high fat foods, chocolate, carbonated soft drinks, peppermint, tomatoes, oranges, cruciferous vegetables, dairy products, and milk.

The eating behaviors that exacerbate gerd consist eating food within up to 3 hours before bedtime and eating too large of meals.
