Acid Reflux Symptoms

I am just curious. One of my relatives has acid reflux symptoms, and we would like to avoid all the pharmacutical drugs, and am looking for some natural remedies for acid reflux disease, any suggestions.

Burning Acid Reflux

Back in May I was hospitalized, I was feeling a tightness in my chest and a lot of burning as well. My doctor diagnosed me with Acid Reflux disease and I was wondering if anyone else has ever had it and what was it that you took to help. Natural Acid Reflux Remedies

My cousin has had acid reflux disease and she has been coughing with a lot of mucus. We recently found out that there is a connection between the mucus and acid reflux. Are there any natural remedies to help stop the mucus or better yet to clear it up? I appreciate any answers about natural remedies for acid reflux disease.

The best thing you can do is to start taking a daily probiotic and enzymes. I don’t like to take drugs so i believe in in natural acid reflux treatment.

The probiotic, either in pill form or by adding kefir to your daily routine. Usually a 1 time daily thing. The enzymes should be taken with every meal.

The will help get your digestive system balanced back out. I have actually done the above when experience serious acid reflux. It was purely accidental. I had been “treating” but never cured.

We added the digestive enzymes and probiotics for another reason. But I noticed that after a week or so on this regimen, I no longer needed a glass of milk to quell the acid reflux at bedtime.
